We hope that you won’t need to return anything to us, but if you do, we aim to make the process quick, easy and efficient, so you can exchange or refund your purchase with confidence.
Once we have despatched your goods, you can return them for a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging and unused. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (and have to pay any costs involved) and we reserve the right to reduce your refund if there is any damage to the goods caused by you handling them. We will make all refunds to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
